The PU elastomer foam pour machine manufactures high resilience, anti-abrasion products from MDI(Methylene Diphenyl Diisocyanate) and TDI (Toluene Diisocyanate) material. The equipped material tank is made entirely from stainless steel, complete with a vacuum and mixing system. The optimal heating temperature is kept at 80 to 130 degrees centigrade and typical products take the form of the PU wheel, screen mesh, and more. The PU Gasket Seal Machine ships with a one year parts warrantee.
