The filter core making machine produces the core tube for filtration applications such as automotive oil filter, fuel filter, water purification, and more. Its structure can be based on that of a perforated hole, expanded mesh, split gap, or other client requested specifications.
The filter core making machine SFF-150 is our recommended model for the production of filter for normal fuel and oil. Prior to feeding, The filter mesh has the option of retaining a perforated mesh or being slit and sheared online. The forming speed and cutting length can be finely calibrated via a precision control system and sensor. The filter core making machine SFF-600 is essentially a modified spiral air duct machine. It is optional for the close seam to be outside or inside, but the steel strip should be perforated prior to forming machine feed. The finished tube retains an ultra-smooth cutting surface after processed through a low noise slitter.
