The PU air filter pouring machine is utilized in the production of foam seal for panel air filter commonly seen in car air filter and other industry filter applications. With a convenient number display and fully PLC enabled automation for flow capacity, pouring time, and moving track, the pouring machine is ideal for the efficient processing of round, rectangle, and specially shaped air filter seal. It is designed with a unique casting head for precision adjustment and a material tank equipped with stepless mixing. The on-board temperature control system ensures accurate measuring of materials. The associated X-Y axis rotary worktable is ideal for round, rectangle, or square shape processing. The table dimensions may be customized to tailor fit client specifications. BOBO is capable of supplying the raw material essential for PU seal applications. A one year parts warrantee is available with the purchase of this machine.
