The roll bending machine is mainly utilized in the formation of a round piece through the rolling of a segment, in preparation for the seam welding process. The bending roller itself is made from high integrity steel with quenching and heat treatment designed for tough, prolonged use. The machine system may be manual, electrical, or hydraulic to accommodate variable sheet metal thickness and width. The actual machine working height may be customized according to client request.

    2. Duct Elbow Making Machine (Gore Locker)The duct elbow making machine (gore locker) is designed to create round elbows commonly seen in ventilation and air conditioning systems. The elbow diameter ranges in between 100mm to 1500mm. After cutting the segment via a plasma cutter, it is bent into a round piece and then joint at the seam by a stitch welder.
    2. Seam Welding Machine (Stitch Welder)The seam welding machine closes the round segment seam through welding. With a longer and taller arm specifically designed for ventilation air duct work, the electrode and welding arm is made from high standard copper for better conductivity. The duty cycle is rated as 50% and indicates high efficiency work.
