The hydraulic shearing machine is built upon a highly stable frame welded specifically for reliability in strength and rigidity. It operates through an advanced E20 CNC control system that may be further upgraded to a DAC 310, imported from Holland. The machine is quipped with a motor-drive back gauge device complete with manual calibration and user-friendly numerical display. An onboard shadow light device helps facilitate cutting operations while a hyper-sensitive safety barrier provides the operator with peace of mind. The machine is also fitted with a convenient mechanism for swift blade clearance adjustments on the fly.
