The hydraulic press brake machine is designed with a fully welded mainframe and exhibits exceptional structural rigidity and strength. It can be operated through the default E20 CNC control system or an upgraded DA51, imported from Holland. The contraption implements a top driven mechanism with advanced infrastructure to provide reliability in performance. The attached slider operates via a synchronized torsion bar mechanism. The slider repetition consists of inching, single, and continuous movements while the sustained pressure timer can be easily calibrated. For the control interface, the machine utilizes a CNC control electric back block and guarantees stable and dependable precision positioning. The heat-treated upper die is equipped with a deflection compensation mechanism and is exceptionally durable.
